Brush a platter with butter and line it with the puff pastry.
Peel, chop and brown the garlic in oil. Add the clean, washed and chopped leeks and mushrooms and leave 6 min. Add the peeled shrimp, and sauté for a few minutes. Season, water with wine and pour over the puff pastry. Wash the apples.
