Mushrooms combine very well with a puff pastry tart.

  • At least one bottle of Red For Tapas
  • 1 sheet of puff pastry
  • 2 glasses liquid cream
  • 2 leeks
  • 4 eggs
  • 250g assorted
  • mushrooms
  • 2 apples
  • 250g shrimp
  • 4 cloves of garlic
  • Butter
  • Some strips of Serrano ham
  • White wine
  • 100g cheese
  • Peeled nuts
  • Vinegar
  • Blueberry jam
  • Oil
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  1. Brush a platter with butter and line it with the puff pastry.
  2. Peel, chop and brown the garlic in oil. Add the clean, washed and chopped leeks and mushrooms and leave 6 min. Add the peeled shrimp, and sauté for a few minutes. Season, water with wine and pour over the puff pastry. Wash the apples.
  3. Add the beaten eggs with the cream, salt and pepper and bake 25 min at 190º, until set.
  4. Mix in a jar a little jam, oil, vinegar and salt. Close it and shake it. Mix the ham, walnuts, cheese, and apples cut into sticks. Dress with the sauce and serve with the cake.
